We can deliver across the UK mainland but to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-times. This charge will be shown clearly during the checkout process. Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries.
If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches at no extra charge.
When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly at the checkout process.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered however with many of our products weighing under 25Kgs.

Delivery of stocked items is normally within 7-10 working days. Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
Some items are delivered directly to you from the manufacturer and may incur a longer delivery lead time. Should an item not be in stock and on back-order with the manufacturer, we will advise you accordingly with an anticipated delivery period.

Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 6pm, however our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours, upto 9pm Monday to Friday. All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location (non-mainland UK or remote locations may take longer).
Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately.
We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service and we will do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Upon receipt, goods and packaging should be fully inspected. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within 2 working days of receipt and all goods to be kept in original packaging. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.

All Dometic and WAECO products are covered by a 2 year warranty. If a product is faulty please contact Cooltech Leisure on email@example.com quoting product serial number, original order number and brief description of fault so that we can log issue on Dometic Warranty Portal. Dometic will then advise next steps to either have unit collected for testing or arrange for a service engineer to visit. In the unlikely event that a product is not repairable and an exchange is necessary, Dometic will arrange this accordingly. This warranty does NOT cover wear and tear, incorrect installation or user error.
Dometic stipulate that should any of their units need to be returned to them and/or a service engineer make a visit, a testing fee would be payable by end consumer in the event no fault is found. If however a fault is noted, they would repair/replace under their 2 year warranty terms & conditions.
Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days after you receive the goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Cooltech by post at 17 Wynford Road, Lower Parkstone, Poole, Dorset, BH14 8PG or email firstname.lastname@example.org, giving the details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. No goods should be returned to us until we have provided you with a returns number and address where the goods are to be sent.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost to the address specified by us quoting our returns number within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation notice. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. We recommend the products are returned in the original packaging in re-saleable condition to avoid the products being damaged on their return journey. As per Consumer Contract Regulation, we reserve the right to make a deduction where returned products have been handled more than was necessary.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 14 days of the receipt of goods by us, any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
Orders cancelled after goods dispatched (in transit) should be returned in their original condition, unopened packaging and with any seals and shrink wrap intact with customer being responsible for returning the goods. Please contact email@example.com to make arrangements for returning item.
Cost of returning items are at the customers expense and must be fully insured with no returns accepted after 14 days.
